Quick About Me

After a lot of poor decision-making, I dropped out of college, and found myself flipping burgers. So I joined the Army to fix my discipline/mindset.It worked.

Behavioral Health Specialist (Active Duty - Army)
May 2018 – May 2022

  • Counseling 1000+ patients was an extremely valuable experience, but I preferred operations.

  • I was promoted to Executive Assistant to the Installation Director of Psychology. He oversaw services for 30,000 patients.

  • I was also promoted to Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of our 30-team outpatient clinic

  • I managed daily operations and overhauled our systems and workflows to accommodate our new virtual services during a chaotic COVID-19 transition.

  • Supported Director in the frantic transition from in-office to virtual services during COVID.
  • Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of a multi-disciplinary behavioral health clinic of 30 team members.
  • Managed all providers and department schedules/appointments.
  • Organized and led department meetings.
  • Researched, wrote, and updated clinic policies.
  • Interviewed, onboarded, and trained staff.
  • Oversaw compliance with accredited (JCO) inspections.
  • Managed front desk and customer service team.
  • Researched and improved insurance billing strategies (found $100k+ in optimizations).
  • Identified and improved outdated systemic work processes.
  • Conducted individual/group counseling, intakes, safety assessments, administered psychological testing.
  • Leveraged data to identify and improve deficiencies (productivity, well-being, satisfaction, symptom trends).

I became obsessed with startups. After the Army, I became 1 of 5 Executive Personal Assistants (EPA) supporting an extremely ambitious CEO at Mawer Capital.

Sr. Executive Personal Assistant
May 2022 – Aug 2024

  • I loved the chaos and intensity, I said “yes” to everything, and after 3 months was promoted to Sr. EPA, supervising my CEO’s (now 5) other assistants.

  • I built a dynamic, innovative CEO support team.

  • I became involved in nearly every aspect of the business and managed many departments (recruiting, finance, events, social media, and more).

  • Supported CEO in company growth from 20 to over 100 employees in 2 years
  • Senior Executive Assistant: Built EA system and directly supervised 5 EAs simultaneously
  • Personal Assistance: Domestic, errands, appointments, legal, medical, insurance, shopping
  • Administrative Assistance: Complex calendaring, multi-inbox management, intricate travel arrangements
  • Trusted Liaison: Gatekeeper between CEO and stakeholders, clients, staff, customers, and family
  • Finance Manager: Oversaw expenditures, bank accounts, bills, and financial reporting
  • Office Manager: Liaison with property manager, concierge, workspace organization, ordering/stocking supplies, mail
  • HR Manager: Payroll, insurance, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, well-being initiatives
  • Head of Recruiting: Managed team of 3, added ATS, automations, video screeners, improved outreach, optimized job ad spend
  • Event Manager: Organized live events (up to 200 people) and small infrastructure projects
  • Operations/Project Management: Developed and implemented improved processes and automations

When ChatGPT-3.5 was released, I became obsessed with AI.So I quit my job and moved to SF.
During the day, I worked as operations manager at the AI Law and Innovation Institute and Legal Startup Garage.
At night, I pursued a failed stint in entrepreneurship.

Operations Manager
Aug 2024 - Nov 2024

  • We advocated for business-friendly AI regulations and provided legal counsel to early-stage startups.

  • Interim Executive Assistant: building out the Executive Assistant system, onboarding eventual full-time EA.
  • Integrating new software: communication, project management, productivity, and file management tools.
  • Other responsibilities related to fundraising, PR, social media, and personal/institute brand development.

I eventually concluded that what I am best at and enjoy is supporting disruptive startup tech founders.Today, I serve as Chief of Staff at an innovative video production and TV network startup to build the "Netflix of Business TV"

Chief of Staff
Jan 2025 – Current

  • We’ve sold 900 documentaries in 10 months and scaled to 150+ team members.

  • I’ve been involved in nearly everything, but particularly in architecting our transitions from MVP to scalable operations.

  • Helped launch a TV network and production company start-up with an innovative business model.
  • Sold 900+ documentaries in 10 months and scaled the team to 140 members.
  • Designed and implemented a scalable overhaul of systems/processes without disrupting operations.

  • Oversaw a media-management systems overhaul.
  • Defined KPIs and built systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Created prompts, added workflow automations, integrated AI, trained staff, and wrote SOPs; initiated a new AI video department.
  • Drove hiring funnels; optimized recruitment processes; interviewed candidates; built the onboarding process.
  • Led meetings across a wide array of areas; ran all-hands and off-sites with agendas.
  • Oversaw the first major corporate video production project with Alibaba CoCreate 2025.
  • Coordinated regular live events for 150 people and liaised with high-profile clients.
  • Refined branding, created social media content, wrote paid-ad copy, improved website design, and helped create new offers.
  • Reviewed and updated contracts; supported legal compliance; consolidated and reduced software expenses.

While I love what I’m doing.
I’m itching to get back into the AI tech startup scene.
I believe the executive assistant role is the most underleveraged in business.Which excites me, as I believe I have a unique skillset and passion to be the best in the world at it.
